Emeline Del Rey completed her undergraduate studies in law at the catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve (2019-2022). She pursued a master’s degree in law, specialising in civil and criminal law at the same institution (2022-2024). She graduated with distinction in 2024.
Her dissertation was entitled: ‘What are the possible solutions to the backlog at the Brussels Court of Appeal’?.
She took the oath as a lawyer on 7 October 2024 and is a member of the French-speaking Bar in Brussels.
Her specialist areas include property law, inheritance law and criminal law. She is an associate at BE-IUS.
